I’ve read that some Florida labs have 100% positive testings. What are the odds 100% of all testings are positive?

Rush talked about that yesterday. Its impossible. They are not reporting the negatives.

From what I was reading, some labs didn’t report tests that came back negative. So if they did 100 tests and 90 of them were negative, they only reported doing 10 tests; all positive. Thus, 100% positive rate.

If that’s what happened, then it means that the total positive test numbers are fine, BUT it REALLY skews the percent-positive numbers. Those are very important to determining whether an increase in cases is the result of just capturing more cases you normally wouldn’t (mild or asymptomatic), or if more people are actually getting infected.
