So he was hooping which means taking drugs by inserting in them in your rectum. This causes tissue damage. Wouldnt that have shown up in the autopsy?
I like to make the rectum/killed him joke whenever it’s apropos. ( I work in the operating room )

You guys are killing me. That is my all time FAVORITE joke. However I changed it up to be a story about “Young Tom Edison” so it’s.. you know... educational to tell it. For the benefit of everyone else, here’s my version:
One day Young Tom Edison was late for school and his teacher says “Young Tom Edison, why are you late?” Young Tom Edison said “Teacher, it was terrible! I was walking to school when I saw a man being chased by a bull in a field. The man was running as fast as he could, but the bull kept getting closer and closer. Finally, it gored him right in the ass!”
“Young Tom Edison!” she said, “the proper word is ‘rectum.’”
“Rectum!” he replied, “Hell, it killed ‘im!”
