Personally, I find this a little hard to believe. However, I have noticed that the heroes and heroines in movies are increasingly minorities. The White people are either the victims, the incompetents or the bad guys. And blond women are especially taking it on the chin - they are either villains, sluts or dumb. My wife calls it “blond shaming”.
I have also heard (from personal sources) that straight white men have trouble getting their books/stories published.
If it is true, I really have no sympathy as these Libs brought it on themselves. Ditto with journalists and academics.
I think eventually this will bite them in the a$$ as their revenue drops.
My wife has noticed that every TV show and commercial has a POC in it somewhere.................
Why not just “identify” as a black lesbian? Sue if they don’t hire you.
We’ve been binge watching “Bosch” on Prime. About 80% of the cast is “of color” — mostly black, but some Asian, some I-don-t-know-what. Interestingly, basically no Hispanics — in L.A. Weird.
The other thing rarely mentioned that turns off normal people, is the number of queers and lesbians doing their stuff. Maybe they should be doing ads for Target and Macy’s.
