Welcome to Washington and Seattle Communist politics. I lived in that scummy state for 14 years. My mistake. I retired there from the Army and went there for a job. My mistake. I loved the state, the water, the mountains, the wildlife (animals not people!!). I met my wife there. THAT was the only thing good about it in the end. She had lived there most of her life and she saw the city and state go to hell. We finally decided to go. She loved the state. She loved the “old” Seattle. It was not what it is today, not back when she was growing up there. We came back to my home state of Alabama. She loves it here, even the hot summers. My wife says tho she misses the friends and some family still up there, she would never go back there to live, under any circumstances. She said Bama was just fine for her. A good, conservative, Christian woman. Not like those Communist pig scum in Seattle. That is what we ran from, Communism!!!

I am very knowledgeable about recall elections in Washington.

There is no provision for her to ask the Superior Court to reconsider. Her only option is to file an appeal with the Washington State Supreme Court. She must do so within 15 days of the decision of the Superior Court decision. If she does, the WASC has 30 days from the date of the Superior Court determination to rule on that appeal.

If Durkan does not file an appeal within 15 days, the Superior Court decision is final and the voters can start collecting signatures.

The same time frames apply to the petitioners if they disagree with the decison on the allegations the Superior Court rejected.

I hate the corruption that goes on in the WASC, but to be honest, the WASC should rule in her favor on this claim; and I think they will.

Remember, this petition to recall Durkan was filed by the BLM/Antifa people.
