boy it did not work for me, I was never in trouble with the law or authority but my dad beat me like a dog, leather belts, switches, broken mirrors, hair accessories, wood boards made to inflict pain, boards of 1/4s(neighbor in 1970 said he almost called the police when he saw dad beat me). He would be in prison today.
I spanked my son 3 times and daughter only once and hate that I did that.
