Tammy Duckworth (born March 12, 1968) is an American politician and a former U.S. Army lieutenant colonel serving as the junior United States Senator from Illinois since 2017. A member of the Democratic Party, she represented Illinois's 8th district in the United States House of Representatives from 2013 to 2017.

Rumors have it that Senator Duckworth has a reputation of allowing herself to be used as a shield against criticism by playing her “wounded warrior” card frequently—. When that card doesn’t work and she is backed into a corner to answer questions or actually debate an issue that she and her fellow Democrats are losing and the wounded warrior card is not working she conveniently has the “feed her baby” and plays the mom card.

One can only play these 2 cards so many times before it becomes painfully obvious that they become OFFENSIVE to all wounded warriors AND moms .

No doubt that her odds of being “The Chosen One” to be Sleepy Joe 😴 VP would be far greater If she simply kept doing what she has been doing and not make any public statements that have not been cleared by the DNC. That being said I would still not be too quick to write her off just yet
