The theology here is that because Christ indwells people of every ethnicity, language, and nationality, He is all of those things. He is IN all, and He IS all.
Jesus died and rose again, and He lives no longer as Jew only, but by the indwelling presence of God in every believer, He has united all types of people into one spiritual body.
