The IG had nothing whatsoever to do with Sessions or his freaking recusal. The IG was appointed by Obama. He predated Sessions in his office and Sessions had nothing to do with his investigation. Sessions appointed Huber, who did absolutely nothing.

Sessions has never apologized for any of the crud he put the nation and Trump through. He only justifies it all.
This is even after the whole thing, just barely arriving so, blew up. Sessions supported the inquisition by bringing in bad people to investigate bad people.
That this ever blew up has nothing to do with Sessions, but with the Deep Stated he set afoot on Trump eventually overstepping its own lies to the point of failure.
It was an veritable Act of God that helped Trump and continues to through this day.
