It is actually dropping dramatically from 3500 per day to 500-900 nationally.
Both ignoring laws of physics, common sense, and in the case MASK people saying it’s ok to walk away from responsibility when the flashy watch goes off.

After you cut the rectangle, cut about 1/2 inch from each end about 3/4 of the way to the other side. These cuts will make loops to go around your ears. Cheap, washable and easy to make.
