In 1773, King George enacted a fiat tax under the “Stamp Act” on all tea unloaded in the American colonies.
Once the tax was paid by the receiving colonial port, a stamp was affixed to the shipping containers and could be unloaded.
The resident colonialists defied the act and destroyed the shipment in Boston Harbor.
On July 10, 2020, Governor Gretchen Whitmer enacted a “fiat order” that all residents are to wear a mask (of undefined construction) in all public places and businesses.
This order included an “extra-legislative” misdemeanor and fine for non-compliance.
What should patriotic citizens do to protect the Constitution of the United States?
Article 4, Section 4 of the United States Constitution: “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government”.
