Interracial violent crime in the USA is overwhelmingly committed by blacks against non-blacks. 85 percent of violent crime involving black and white people is committed by blacks against whites. And this score is “achieved” by a population less than one-fifth the size.

Doing the math: Blacks commit violence against whites at a per-capita rate 30 times the reverse.
