Oh BTW this is why people with trademarks are forced to come down hard on people who may inadvertently use their trademark.
You allow one person to knowingly get away with it and your legal protection is weakened.
How many breakfast cereal, automobile, cell phone, sun-dried tomato, wine, beer, and motor home companies are just aching to use the Lady A trademark?
I imagine something less than one.
