Translation or rather explanation: The BLM organization does not have the same standards as the NAACP and are way more fashionable right now.
The NAACP is an old school left wing pressure group. Interested in getting stuff, but no interest in redefining everything.
BLM is postmodern, which basically means words have no fixed meaning.
