The Democrat Race Lie was published in January of 2009 by Bob Parks in response to the obvious misrepresentation on the Democrat Party website, stating their "unwavering" support of civil rights in the United States. Their true history reveals anything but.

If there is “systemic racism” anywhere in the United States of America today, it is almost ENTIRELY within the auspices of the Democrat party. They have sustained the myth, and in localities where there is majority-Democrat rule (cities, counties, states), those are the very places where “systemic racism” even seems to exist.

It is as if those areas have signed a “suicide pact” between the communities of white liberals and black activists. Mostly it is the non-activist black people who are most negatively affected.

Of course, those people are only “collateral damage”.
