It’s interesting that they’re worried enough about this that they would attack a black guy over it.
The most ironic one is seeing the talk, repeatedly, about how they’re going to flee to Canada even if he runs.
So they would rather go to Canada, the country run by the guy who wore blackface, than stay in the U.S.?
I’m not seeing Dems adhering to any values, but they sure are all about suppoeting intersectionalism or you get smashed by them if you don’t.
Another uppidity ungrateful. They don’t know their place./s
I had to do a search to find that Kanye West announced he is running for president. One article says he is running this year another says he is running in 2024.
Which is it?
Who is saying he is stealing Bidens votes?
Of course you can write your post any way you like but it is a bit thin and a lot confusing unless someone is already up to speed on what you are talking about.
Basic news writing 101. Who, What, Where and When.
Works for me.
I see that Kanye is getting uppity. Doesn’t he know that the Black vote belongs to Biden?
One man, Ross Perot, a man who was never elected president completely changed this country. I cant say for better or worse because God works in mysterious ways. he was a monkey wrench that put clinton in office. Kanye is an even bigger monkey wrench because hes black and we can’t say who will vote for him excpect many blacks will vote strongly based only on color
Just tell these idiots that are for Kanye to not forget to vote on November 4th.
In close elections third party candidates can swing elections. In 2000, Ralph Nader’s vote total far exceeded George W. Bush’s less than 1000 vote margin over Al Gore in Florida. Had Ralph Nader not run that year, it is almost certain several thousand Nader votes would have been cast for Gore. The election would have been over on election night with Florida going to Gore and no weeks of inspecting hanging chads, and appealing to the courts, would have occurred.
If Kanye can pull tens of thousands of votes from Biden in a number of close states, he will likely shift the election to Trump.
Democrat fear of Kanye is clear evidence of Democrat racial bias. If Democrats truly believe Blacks are making considered, reasoned, and knowledgable voting decisions they should not be concerned about Kanye being in the race. If Biden is the clear choice for the informed and intelligent voter Democrats should be convinced Biden will win no matter how many fringe candidates are on the ballot. However, if Democrats believe Blacks will vote for candidates only based on color of skin, then Democrats have a racist view of Black voters.
Plus, Democrats claim to be the party of diversity, inclusion, and freedom of expression for people of color. They should welcome candidates of color into the race. The more the merrier.
Does anybody really think he is a serious candidate? Will he create a committee to get on the ballot in any state, or develop a campaign, with policies and appearances? He’s just having fun, and by November, he will get angry if anybody even asks him about politics.
When one is catching flack, one knows they are over the target.
JoMa
It is true however. Kanye ensures a massive Trump win
Ok, crazy thought here. Could this be Trumps 3D chess wev been waiting for?
Kanye campaigns full tilt for several months, bringing on board millions of voters who would have voted for Biden otherwise. At a certain point, he drops out to either support Trump or crazier yet, becomes Trumps VP, requiring Pence to take one for the team.
Am I on to something or just ON something?
No different than watching Reps blame Libertarians for steeling GOP votes. Far too many people think voters owe their votes to some party whether said candidate does a damn thing to earn it or not. It’s part of why Jefferson didn’t want political parties, though he couldn’t figure out how to pull it off and still have a useful 1st Amendment. People start being loyal to the party first.
WHEN HAVE THEY EVER?
In all fairness though, that same is said about Perot, and how he supposed stole the election away from the Republican candidate. The truth is that too often the Republicans run weak candidates and just expect the people to hold their nose and vote because the other choice is worse.
The two party system is largely part of the problem. They are more interested in maintaining some sort of status quo than they are adhering to the Constitution. As long it exists, liberty will slowly erode.
If only.
