Anyhow, always loved seeing both the Navy's Blue Angels and the Air Force Thunderbirds at air shows.
Yes, very cool. Saw it on Fox.
Quite a few years ago, my Daughter and I were watching an air show at Eglin. The Thunderbirds were the final performance.
By that time I was worn out so we went to the parking lot and watched the rest in my pickup. We actually had a better view and could also see them preparing for various fly bys.
I saw them fly over Boston today online.
The Blues and the Birds do fly in close formation. I am sure they are more that 6 apart!
The esteemed(???) Mayor of DC has been advising people to stay home as the fireworks may be dangerous as far as the beerflu is concerned.
The SAME mayor that not only encouraged but renamed a street and painted the name on a street and ‘hosted’ several days of demonstrations.
Maybe PDJT should have OFFICIALLY changed the fireworks event to a protest FOR AMERICA.
They flew over my house around 4 PM (I live near Boston). I wasn’t expecting them and was floored to see a B-2 1,000 ft above me.
Nice! Saw the T-Birds practicing over the Hampton Roads area of SE Virginia yesterday.
It was great! Included bombers, interceptors, tankers, helicopters down to the present.
The WW2 selection included a B29, F4 Corsair, P51 Mustang. There was a twin engine aircraft that I was unfamiliar with and missed its designation.
Unfortunately the F86 Saber jet was not present. It was down for maintenance.
Had a pair of beautiful bald eagles fly over my house yesterday.
Thunderbird 2 (on left side next to lead) is Trevor Adrige.
Great guy, I flew A-10S with his rather.
