Rockefeller Foundation's 2010 Plan for "Lock Step"

This past week users were reporting that Youtube was removing the investigative report exposing the Rockefeller Foundation's step by step guide to the imposition of Authoritarian control of the world's populations.

Please either directly link to this video or download it in full resolution and upload to your Youtube account, also to other sites such as Reddit, Facebook, 4Chan, etc. One thing to note is that Twitter, so far, has not been censoring this video yet. Google and Youtube (same company) have been deleting it sometimes within hours. Strangely though some very large uploads with lots of views are still online. (one has 150K plus views and another 100K views and there are others that are hard to find because the search algorithm is blocking access to them.

Since I am blocked and have a very small Twitter presence, anyone wishing to help may do so by posting this video to whomever is a personalities who do have significant Twitter audiences and GET IT OUT THERE. Lots have seen it but it is being blocked without a doubt. One good thing about Twitter is that anyone can post to anyone else's account. And this may work.

I have skimmed this odd, old document (2010) from the Rockefeller Foundation. It contains 4 "scenarios" and four different outcomes or futures. The scenarios in the attached PDF appear to be couched in language meant to herd people toward one world government. It describes 4 possible futures for the world, but the only positive future it describes happens to be a one world system.

Page 18 begins a discussion of "Lockstep" and is the future resulting from a world-wide pandemic.

"A world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback"

Scenario Lockstep: Written in 2010, it references the 2009 pandemic in its discussion of a future scenario pandemic. The overall purpose of Lockstep is ostensibly to show that authoritarian lockdown resulting from a pandemic would become permanent. Portions of the future pandemic scenario seem silly and stilted and others legitimate. While it includes positive praise for China's early crackdown and contrasts it negatively with the U.S. more lenient steps taken to control the pandemic, the Lockstep scenario is intended to be rejected by the reader as it leads to permanent authoritarian state.

Here's an excerpt: "China’s government was not the only one that took extreme measures to protect its citizens from risk and exposure. During the pandemic, national leaders around the world flexed their authority and imposed airtight rules and restrictions, from the mandatory wearing of face masks to body-temperature checks at the entries"

Page 26 begins the discusion of Clever Together which is posed as the "best choice" future in which the world is unable to solve problems until it begins collaborating to form one system (one world govenrment). This would be a true authoritarian state of course, but it's portrayed in utopian terms - sharing and collaboration.

Clever Together; "A world in which highly coordinated and successful strategies emerge for addressing both urgent and entrenched worldwide issues"

Page 34 describes the possible world future scenario: Hack Attack

The Rockefeller Foundation poses the Hack Attack future as " An economically unstable and shock-prone world in which governments weaken, criminals thrive, and dangerous innovations emerge." When reading the Hack Attack excerpt below, recall it was written in 2010.

"Devastating shocks like September 11, the Southeast Asian tsunami of 2004, and the 2010 Haiti earthquake had certainly primed the world for sudden disasters. But no one was prepared for a world in which large-scale catastrophes would occur with such breathtaking frequency. The years 2010 to 2020 were dubbed the “doom decade” for good reason: the 2012 Olympic bombing, which killed 13,000, was followed closely by an earthquake in Indonesia killing 40,000, a tsunami that almost wiped out Nicaragua, and the onset of the West China Famine, caused by a once-in-a-millennium drought linked to climate change.

Scenario Smart Scramble begins on page 42 and is described as "An economically depressed world in which individuals and communities develop localized, makeshift solutions to a growing set of problems.

Wow. Somehow we mananged to "scramble" for thousands of years and now we're supposed to submit to one world government to make life work right? Again, the reader is supposed to reject this future in favor of Clever Together - One world government, which the U.N. aspires to become.
