Barr and Durham need to take dexedrine pills (not to diet, uh, well maybe that, too) but people used to do that get pepped up and fast moving to get things done. One doctor prescribed such potions for JFK and Jackie. She complained once she was running out of his Rx and needed more to feel good again.
Today Barr and Durham probably think the song line “Lazy Bones, Sleepin’ in the Sun” is too uptempo for their totally relaxed, deeply calm state.
