I enjoyed the games I played, and I enjoyed the first season of Westworld...

We had few HBO awhile back and tried Westfield. Other than Ed Harris it was unwatchable to me. I’ll take Yul Brynner in the original any day.
BTW HBO sucks in general IMO

Fallout: New Vegas would have been a better choice.

They’re going to screw it up.

hope it’s better than westworld ... 1st season of WW was great entertainment ... 2nd season was a hot steaming mess, so much so that i’ll never watch another episode ...

Not sure what to make of this.
HBO can’t seem to produce anything without dangling phalluses in our faces.

For those that don't know what the Fallout series is about, it's about a post-apocalyptic America where the government and society no longer exists and survivors are trying to survive in a Mad Max type world populated by Raiders and mutated beasts. In the Fallout timeline, the US and China had a massive nuclear exchange in the year 2077. The Fallout world is different from ours in that the cold war never really ended and there was never the turn away from nuclear power that occurred after WWII. Also the societal revolution of the 1960's never happened so even in 2077 America still has a 1950's feel, same 50's style dress, music, and architecture but with futuristic things like nuclear powered cars, laser and plasma weapons, intelligent robots, fusion powered battle armor and the like. (sort of the Jetsons meets Leave it to Beaver).
Could be a great series if they manage to nail the feel of the Fallout world....
