That was the lede on the 1 pm enemedia “news” today and immediately followed by ...”buts”...telling us that that really good news was not really good news at all. In fact, the entire newscast was your typical the sky is falling audio screed - with all “facts” being presented by folks with “Dr Fauci” believability.
Trump’s fault
"But wait, if this recovery keeps up at this rate, unemployment will be back down where it was in January, before the election. We can't have that, people might vote for Trump!! OH NOES!!!"
"Quick, call up China and get another virus released!! We need to get everybody locked down again!!"
"What's that? China already has one on the way? Perfect!!"
The graphic/informatin at rallies, press conferences, interviews, and debates should be the unemployment rate of states of non-lock down versus lock down states.
Most of the lock down states are Democrat run, most of the non-lock down state are Republican run. Show how the Democrat party might not be able to sit up, pull up, or push up, but they sure know how to screw up.
And how is this for a sound bite. The Democrat party, in their hatred for President Trump, are willing to make their own citizens suffer as many of them are laid off or are forced to close their businesses. Do you really want to vote for a party that will sacrifice you just to get at someone they don’t like? Look around, in non-Democrat controlled states, unemployment numbers are almost back to where they were before the pandemic. Think about that, the Democrats have made you worse off then you were before.
