Yesterday 14 people died of COVID-19 in NY state.

The rapidly proliferating testing is showing up just how widespread the Chinese virus already is and has been for months. There is no rise in the number of hospitalizations due to CCPV. The numbers of deaths from CCPV is steadily declining still. The large numbers of ICU admissions that is, indeed, spiking is due to the pent-up demand for heart and cancer treatments that have been delayed because they were declared nonessential and only some of them died waiting for treatment. Right here the ICUs got suddenly filled up and the news on TV was breathlessly reporting the explosion of Virus but truth is we had a number of car wrecks over a few days with lots of badly injured motorists and passengers.
