You do not quarantine well people. It defies all logic.

You weaken your immunity against ALL bugs.

And how many times do you have to wash down your counters, door knobs etc.....if nothing has changed in your household.

So I go to the store...am near no one......but everyone is the enemy.....

I go home, wash my hands, put the food in the fridge, wipe everything down.....but if I was near no one who is masked and behind a shield, how do I catch this bug?
