Dtd Tony resist arrest thereby violating the cop’s civil rights?
Tony called 911 to report that he was off his meds. He was ziptied I think by the store clerk when police arrived.
He was non-responsive while the cops mocked him and long before the “medic” gave him a sedative without checking the corpse’s pulse or eye dilation.
The cops who mocked him asked at several points “we didn’t just kill him did we” and “is he still breathing”.
That doesn’t sound like someone who is “resisting” at that point.
