The entire fedgov edifice is rotten. Trump has done an amazing job in the last 3 1/2 yrs despite constant attacks on every side. 2nd term will he will be able to do a lot more.

80% of fed.gov could be dismantled and distributed back to the individual states where it may be possible for more local oversight and responsiveness
