Looks like the Surgeon General is a derp. He’s the 4th one we’ve had since Trump became President. I always wondered why POTUS didn’t make Ben Carson the Surgeon General. Or that navy guy who was the WH physician.

Perhaps it’s because the office of SG was used as a derp trap? Just speculating.
