Do we already have socialism? Because the political Left has used the judicial system to terrorize businesses for many decades. I’m merely suggesting that we use our complicated, contradictory, and intentionally vague statutes to threaten/punish/harrass corporations just as the other side of the political aisle does. Is it socialism when the political Right does it, but not when the political Left does it?
