The Blue Flew of suburban voters from Atlanta to the suburbs in Gwinnett and Cobb county are now in place and the Karens run social media. Do not tick off a Karen.
In the 90s people came here for jobs because of the Olympics. In 2005 we got infested by the roaches from New Orleans.
My son just graduated from high school. He will live with me for two years to get his entry-level college courses completed.
There is a STEM school being built less than a mile from my home. The value will keep going up and then I will sell the house.
Gwinnettians are going to vote for MARTA this fall. I fought it until I am worn down. I do not have the energy to beat the Karens and the Bluebirds from Atlanta anymore. My peace will rest when I sell my home and leave this area.
During the 1990s one half of a million black people moved from The Great Lakes Region to Metro Atlanta. Many of those Black People were from Chicago. There are high schools in 12 county metro Atlanta which were say 85% White in 1970 and are now 85% Black. See Cobb County.

Sounds better than DragonCon based on the last couple of times I was there.
DragonCon is too regimented and overcrowded.
Besides most of the people who I liked to see there were showing up less and less.
With but one side fighting it’s a civil massacre.
Company I worked for had a booth and exhibit. We spent thousands, and I can’t put my finger on a single sale we made from it. Not one.
I’m in North Cobb. Plenty of lefties here and growing. Even the parents on the right are letting their kids be indoctrinated to become angry liberal teens and young adults. The parents have surrenders the raising of their kids to the school system.
I was shocked at the 2016 election that Cobb went for killary. First time the county went for a dem since peanut man.
I fear for the America my kids will live life as adults in. At this point I must say I am all for a full blown civil war. I’m old enough to be satisfied with my life and the legacy I’ll leave my kids but it’s the freedom and idea of the republic our founding fathers envisioned I want most for them.
I’m well prepared for what is coming and I see it exploding right after the election if Trump gets reelected. Not sure if Biden wins, I think many of the people on the right don’t have the stones any longer to save this country. More talk but cannot walk the walk. We have become weak and complacent to almost everything. Prove me wrong!
I say let the wheels come completely off and let all those super smart democrats live in what they created.

Brother, there isn’t enough money in the world to
make me move back ! I lived in a warehouse, and a
metal roofed building for 15 years and listen to these
nitwits talk about gentrification, the only reason anyone
lives there now is because others came in and reclaimed
the old buildings and made them livable.
We put up with crime, drugs, people shitting on our
front steps, walking in our front doors, seeing what
we had, then watching us for weeks until they knew our
patterns then came while we were away and took our
stuff. G’Damn them all.
It’s too bad. My son and I used to spend a weekend in downtown Atlanta. Go out at nite to see great bands. And then a Braves game on Sunday and back home Sunday Nite. Great memories! Great times. Atlanta was a cool city. Maybe a little sketchy, but nothing like New Orleans. We did that for years as he was growing up. I’m glade we had those times together. Guess those days are gone now. So sad!
Drove to Florida one year, shortest route was through Atlanta. Felt really squeamish all the way through Georgia. When I drove back several months later, I had to stop and get gas and lunch. Felt OK. Really pretty city.
Now, I’m so happy to live in a mostly Republican city in the Republican county of a stupid Dem state. Safe here in spite of CERTIFIED MORON Inslee making stupid rules.. Our minority people are fine citizens. During local “riots,” which consisted of maybe 150 people, a young black man stopped black looters breaking into Nike store. His action was caught on TV, then he was interviewed. He said, rightly, they were there to demonstrate, not to loot. The demonstration lasted hours, not days. I can live with that, though George Floyd was a criminal.
It's what happened to Oregon. Washington State. Colorado.
And it's working.
