We chose Flower Mound when we moved to Texas. There are some great neighborhoods, great parks, and we like the school district. It’s easily accessible to DFW airport, and major roads leading into Dallas, Ft. Worth, etc. Good variation in price ranges. FloMo is a relatively large footprint, if you have the opportunity of time, cast a wide net.

I was a band dad at Coppell for 8 years. It was right there with you under our previous band director. He'd schedule a killer trip during the non-state competition years. My oldest son enjoyed trips to Dublin, Ireland and DC.
My youngest son endured his 4 years under a new director after the death of Scott Mason. I've held off talking to the superintendent about how the kids are treated, because he has a vindictive streak in him. I'll leave it there.
