Cartoons are all going to sound like guys from Ohio.
I was recently watching a TV show about 18th century Russia. There were several black cast members. They played Russians. Since little in the series was “serious” it wasn’t really noticeable. I hate when they “force” an “African” into an Anglo story (see any of the latest Robin Hood movies.) But these were just characters. They fit the role.
That is what color-blind casting is.
