Precisely, I spent an hour the other day trying to figure the system out. I’ve never registered to Twitter but I do keep up with many peoples posts on there. Never signed up to anything in fact social media since myspace and believe it or not I don’t have a smart phone.
On Parler I can’t read anything and I’m not doing the SMS either so its a non-starter for me. They need to at least allow anonymous viewing.

yeah. there’s always a way around roadblocks. the question is why is the roadblock there? it’s called customer awareness and customer service. you won’t get far with conservatives without both.

Thanks...just added him to my followings. Never joined Twitter, Facebook, or any of them. This is my first foray into a social media site. Just joined a couple of days ago.
Yep, this is a deal breaker for many, if not most. I don't want to post. I don't want an account. I have no interest in giving them my phone number or email any more than I would give it to Twitter or Facebook. If I have to sign up for an account just to see a post, no thanks. @john needs to understand that people will be MORE likely to sign up to comment on things they look around the site and see the content.
On the flip side, people who want to use social media to reach their audience are not going to waste their time on a platform with only a few million users capable of seeing their posts. This policy limits them to remaining a small time platform.
I hope this site takes off.
