Yeah apparently it is, or perhaps it may be a comprehension issue on your part. These are 2 separate and distinct positions.

First off, this post does not contain the actual title of the article, which is:

Trump campaign names Hogan Gidley national press secretary

Secondly, the article never even offers up the notion that Kayleigh McEnany, is being replaced. In fact, it explicitly states: Gidley’s new role was previously held by Kayleigh McEnany, who left the campaign earlier this year to join the administration as White House press secretary.
