Found a screen shot from CNN that shows it. Kinda looks like a noose. Would have to compare it to the draw rope of other garages....

This is what was hanging in the stall for months. Not a knot, looks like tape was used to make the loop. That is why there are no pictures available.

A noose is very particular. A hand loop is not a noose. It doesn’t slide.
