This morning a couple of guys were interviewed on our local (Birmingham WRTR) radio station. They had gone to the rally, one of them invited by the President and given a media pass because of his work - I missed that part. But here is what he said.
By 4:30, the bottom of the arena was full. Everyone had to have their temperature checked by a medical team before entering. At 4:30 the medical team appeared to disappear.
In addition to the protesters this guy said no one could get in because they couldn’t get cleared medically. After speaking to a friend there he felt that someone (obviously) pulled strings to get the medical team called off.
