Why wouldn't having your throat swabbed with contaminated swabs spread Covid-19? Note that early contaminate tests were said not to contain contaminated swabs, but instead had contaminated "controls" which rendered false positives.

But note that some governors were careful to purchase Covid-19 tests elsewhere (not from President Trump's sources) and we know how much the Deep State wants to spread the disease.
