I've referred to this topic several times within the Q thread. If he were still alive, Dr. Grabbe would likely be leading the charge in the decodes of Q postings.
For those uninitiated, Grabbe was a professor at The Wharton School of Business and the author of a well-respected textbook on protocols used for secured international financial transactions using encryption. He would likely be a leading commentator on such things as bitcoin and other crypto-currencies.
He claimed to have an inside to the dealings of the intel world, most notably, retired C_A asset, Charles Hayes (aka The Angel of Death) mentioned above by Thinden.
Hayes claimed to have access to members of the NSA who discovered financial shenanigans by several congress critters who suddenly decided to "spend more time with their families" prior to the 1994 election. The story is that Hayes would show up at their office and simply hand a folder to them with the evidence of their crimes and that was all that was needed for them to get the message.
Grabbe wrote extensively about the murder of Vince Foster and ProMIS software, which I believe is the Rosetta stone of matters that continues today. I suspect he felt the same way in looking back to JFK.
By the way, I've also mentioned how I believe the technology used in ProMIS is likely a predecessor to Peter Theil's software product Palantir - another connection between 25 years ago with Foster/ProMIS and today's world.
Here is an archive of Grabbe's Essays published about once every 2-3 days and looked for in anticipation much like we do today with Q drops. Would not surprise me to see a tribute one day by Q toward Dr. Grabbe.
His software company that manufactured encryption software was named Kalliste and his now-decommed website was kalliste.com.
