Agreed, the book itself will be forgotten. But Bolton is not limited to expressing his sentiments only in his book. His words are out there. Biden will prepare a devastating campaign ad against Trump on this, featuring condemnation from the entire phalanx of his former leadership team. Not sure how effective that would it, but it is worth trying for Biden.
