MS Rats once tried to recruit Favre to run for office IIRC, I forget which one, can’t find it.

But a 2010 article mentions him donating to Rep. Gene Taylor (D). He also CUT AN AD for RINO Thad Cochran in the McDaniel runoff. In such a close race it could have made a difference.

Suggesting Krapernick “left” his career may take the cake however, Krap is out of the league cause he sucks (I’m sure he’d have been sitting on the bench somewhere as a BACKUP if he wasn’t a clubhouse cancer and was willing to take backup money but in his mind he never stopped being a star). I might even speculate that Krap willfully started the protest thing cause he knew he wasn’t gonna get a big money offer.
