Have all the ships been emptied out or are there still some quarentine ships with passengers or crew trapped on them?

I just read somewhere there are thousands of crew still stranded on ships. That is ridiculous. Young people have close to zero death rate from covid-19. Influenza has a higher death rate for young people under 35 which is 95% of the cruise ship crew staff.
