Unreasonable search — I think it is more than unreasonable to search my cell phone without a warrant to see with whom I have been in contact.

The right violation has its source here (in the 4th Amnt)

“The right of the people ^^to be secure^^ in their persons, houses, papers, and effects”

This is an “existent right”, prior to any action of legislation or police.
YOUR right to personal security exists by virtue of being born into the human race.
