Yes, it’s been installed on my Android phone without any notice to me. Disabling Bluetooth unfortunately disables the sync with my car radio that allows hands free operation of the phone...required by law in my state. This is total crap. I will be further researching how to disable this invasion of my privacy. I hope Google gets hit with a big class action lawsuit.

By default it’s turned off.

It is on at least one of my Android tablets.

I never take it anywhere and only started using Bluetooth when I bought a speaker a few weeks ago.

My phone is not smart. And I like it that way.
