When they say “Funded”, are they talking about Ad revenue? Because Google controls 70% of the ad revenue on the internet, but that does not mean they are funding the sites. They are doing business with them.

BIg difference.

It actually says believed to be beneficiaries of Google donations.

I know that Amazon allows users to pick a charity to give a small amount to when a purchase is made. The Heritage Foundation is on the list.
