A Fisetin-Berberine-Rutin combo, when used during a fast can be very strong. It’s very potent and with exaggerated results, so truthfully it needs to be studied, lest it be too potent.
The anecdotal results are dramatic changes in blood chemistry, including slamming down blood sugar, cholesterol *below* normal, low blood pressure, low blood sodium, etc. Too much, too fast for a casual user, so experiments need to be conducted to insure safety.
It almost enters the realm of an “emergent” treatment, for someone with imminent, life threatening conditions, so once again, NOT for casual use.
the big question is as to whether the Fisetin-Berberine-Rutin combo promotes autophagy and increase ketones. do you know?
Ive been fasting for a many years. If its between 11:00 PM and 6:30 AM then Im not eating. Its great
Thank you for the insight. I will look further into that.
An interesting thread of fisetin testers (in the comments below):
It would have to be used longer than it was, but the effects elsewhere were so great that it would be unwise to do so out of a controlled situation.
Foods rich in fisetin

“One such flavonoid, fisetin, is found in various fruits and vegetables, such as strawberry, apple, persimmon, grape, onion, and cucumber”
Make sure you have fresh fruits in your diet. Have an apple today. Put some cucumber in your salad.
