I have a problem with this one:

It is police unions and arbitration that prevent the firing of bad cops.

In every case these offenders not only resisted arrest but also attacked the arresting officers which when reported by the media has not been reported. The problem with this statement is by avoiding including that issue when issuing this statement it appears to support the attack on law enforcement.
