Nothing more pathetic than everyone of these kneelers.

Here's the Miami Herald's account of the embarrassment: The 10 members of the Hallandale Beach Police Department’s SWAT team have stepped down from their roles, citing among other grievances anger over the city’s police chief kneeling with protesters earlier this week, a memo the officers signed read. They will remain with the police department.

So there umbrage only goes so far. They didn't quit entirely just from part of their duties. So why does a suburb with a population of 37,000 need a SWAT team for anyway?

I am of the opinion that SWAT teams should only be organized by the local, elected Sheriff. If a city has a need for SWAT services, they can request it from the Sheriff.

They [the SWAT team mambers that stepped down] will remain with the police department.

Is that a good idea? Maybe if you want to try and force the Chief out....

So who’s the bigger virtue signaler here, the Brass, or the SWAT team guys who “quit”. I notice that none of them actually quit, and stopped receiving a paycheck. Guess they weren’t that disgusted over it.
