It's hard to figure out the back story for this caught-on-video moment but one thing is certain, that CTA driver isn't someone to mess with. The eight-second video is just long enough to make you cringe and yell, "damn!" And, yes, someone on Twitter re-dubbed the video with the perfect audio.

Lower it said something about “redubbed” and said it was below. Just blank space.

It’s there. It’s very short. About 9 seconds. Guy is mouthing off to a driver. Another driver comes up behind the guy, picks him upto about shoulder height, and gives him a turn and back to the ground. Neither driver sticks around. Back to their buses! Thrower tells the other guy, still on the ground, to go home.
