Rest peacefully, all those of good will and innocents. May God solace those injured in the fight for good over evil, and protect every warrior for good, and give them all courage and strength of heart to carry them all through whatever comes.

The ramp that I descended after my West Point Commencement speech was very long & steep, had no handrail and, most importantly, was very slippery. The last thing I was going to do is “fall” for the Fake News to have fun with. Final ten feet I ran down to level ground. Momentum!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) June 14, 2020

All those twits can just hug a nugget! Trump already made the points I was going to make about the ramp: steep, no handrail, marginal footing and DO NOT provide any $hit for the $hitsorm erupting had he stumbled.

He did that ramp exactly how I would have done it, and he’s got ten years on me. Also betting Trump has had experience (maybe bad) dealing with less than ideal temp ramps and steps on construction job sites. He knows about those potential landmines innocent looking as they might be.

And going down an incline is tough on knees...that’s what my ortho doc told me when I casually stepped out of my Ford Ranger and damaged a meniscus. I elected to let time heal it with his warning to give up my running up and DOWN hilly roads. Down a hill was a no-no. It was OK if I would do it on flat terrain.
