Indictments?

I did not and do not think the comment refers to indictments (alone) or any aspect of the riots thus far.

For the record, I think our governmental institutions will be fundamentally shifted--within the Constitution--regardless of whom is elected.

There is precedent for this: Civil War; Civil Rights laws and SCOTUS rulings.

Additionally, we might end up in a declared state of war with China.

My first inclination for ‘unleashed’ immediately goes to ;

“Cry ‘Havoc!,’ and let slip the dogs of war; That this foul deed shall smell above the earth With carrion men, groaning for burial.’

This line is spoken by Mark Antony in Act 3, Scene 1, line 273 of Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar after Caesar is killed when Antony is alone with the body. he reveals his intention to incite the crowd at Caesar’s funeral to rise up against the assassins.

I believe His saying they are about to turn on themselves in an ugly way.
