This is the “restaurant surveillance” footage.
Don’t watch what’s happening as much as FOCUS ON THE TIMESTAMP in the upper left hand corner and just watch the timestamp.
I noticed this before when juxtaposing the video segments switch from editing and then the officers crossing the street around 50 seconds in. You’ll see the elements of the timestamp “glitch” as the officers walk across the street - it’s almost like there is a segment of the video display that’s being manipulated. Once the officers get to the other side and later or earlier cars are going by there are no such glitches. This is a prepared video.
The only thing I see on those timestamps is the changing of colors which happens throughout the video due to images in the background. This is common on security cameras. The actual time stays consistent.
BTW...the very last few frames of that video shows the second car driving away towards the intersection. You can see it at the very end.

Looks like they edited it - maybe to hide something they don’t want to be seen. The other thing is, the cops that are shown clearly, apparently aren’t the kneeling cop, and I didn’t see him on this Video-or did I miss it?
