Is anyone else having issues with internet in lap tops?

In our area wireless keeps dropping. The provider is Century Link. The routers seem to be the problem. Many evern after paying for a new router continue to drop.

Thanks. We have a small town carrier. The TV works but the lap top keeps dropping. Weird.

When we lived in Missouri, our family used to call that Internet provider CenturyStink .

They (CL) told me it was my modem, too. It was OK after three customer service rep’s and three days I was able to get it going on WiFi. Wouldn’t work direct Cat5 connection but would work on WiFi so they said my modem was bad. The next day it was working direct connection to router through the VPN like normal, weird. So far so good for two months now. Thank goodness I didn’t run out right away and buy another DSL router. FWIW, YMMV.
