My objection to Obama is that he is not a natural born citizen and is ineligible to be President under our Constitution.

I don’t believe I have ever talked to any conservative who “hates” anyone. Especially someone they don’t really know. I can’t say I hated Obama, but I had serious dislike of his policies, his attitude toward America, the way he bowed to adversaries and a whole bunch of other stuff. But I didn’t hate him, nor did I love him. I was ambivalent toward him. I don’t even hate weeds in my yard or anything else I can think of. I probably wouldn’t even hate someone who broke in my occupied house (would still shoot them dead but not hate them). Hate is a strong word. Now I have run across flaming liberals who actually do hate Trump...they have this seething nastiness about them. They have mental problems, among them serious tds. But even today when I converse with other logical, conservative people I can say not a single one of them hate anyone...even aoc or the somali. They just don’t .
